Outside of work, he’s an avid hiker & hunter and enjoys to spend time with his family.

Thomas Eberts - Co-Founder & Head of Marketing

Growing up in his father’s home service business, Thomas learned firsthand the values of honest work and customer relationships. With over a decade of digital marketing expertise and $2M+ managed in advertising spend, he brings deep industry knowledge to every client strategy. Thomas is passionate about helping family-owned HVAC & Home Service businesses compete against big corporations, drawing from his roots to ensure marketing strategies deliver real results. When not helping clients dominate their markets, you’ll find him enjoying the Arizona outdoors with his family.
